    Eating to be healthy(mentally/physically) not

    Day 4, healthy breakfast now

    for some herbal tea and then a chocolate peanut butter shake for lunch. I LOVE PB2 powder. It takes the stress off of making sure I get enough protein. :)

    Day 7. Had to give in

    and have a little treat. Eggs over easy, bacon and muenster cheese on sour dough bread. It was divine. I don't have a shred of guilt, but I am holding myself accountable. Time to have some of my amazing tea and get to work. Now, let's see if I can avoid stepping on my toddlers...

    Because I like my coffee with cream
