    I'm not really good at gaining weight,

    ik for most people it's the other way around but I'm so scrawny , I wanna build muscle... I look okay in clothes but in shorts or skirts... Nah.. But I'm gonna build my confidence , every little choice throughout the day matters. Fit > skinny.

    I Don't Like My Body

    I don't think I ever will, but I'd like to at least be in decent shape. I look after myself pretty well I guess, I just don't exercise enough, and when I do it's msotly working my legs or arms, i need yto target my belly a lot more

    So Ready

    It's actually frustrating, because I've BEEN there--I used to be a great swimmer, but over the last 2 or 3 years I've let myself go and have put on maybe 30+ extra pounds. I just don't feel my best ever, anymore. I want that old feeling back, of feeling really proud of myself...

    How does someone on estrogen, with arthritis developing in thier left wrist and right shoulder, who works 6-8 hours a day and commutes for 2+ as well, and who does not have the money for a gym membership, get into good shape?

    I think running is the most boring thing ever, but I still run three miles two or three times a week, because I enjoy the benefits.  If I keep running then I can afford to eat all that ice cream I love to eat.
