    I'm not over weight but I'm not in shape either.

    I have a little extra in places. My downfall is that I lack serious motivation and drive. I know it's a simple diet fix and some exercise. I think my thing is my boyfriend doesn't work out or eat right and tells me I'm fine, when's he's got a little extra too but more than me.

    I run 3 miles 3-4 times a week

    but I eat well like 2 times a week. I need to get out of this eating disorder. I either barely eat at all or eat to much I can't win with my head

    I'm starting The Fit in your Jeans

    for Genes today as well as returning to kickboxing after a long overdue absence. Hopefully by the end of the year and will be half way there to a better lifestyle routine. Can't wait.. But I'm a bit scared too :-)

    Longest month of my life.

    My ex broke up with me for another girl and a few days after that I was diagnosed with fibromyalgia and my knees have tendinitis. The pain is almost unbearable with fibromyalgia. My PT OT say my body is amazingly weak and it will take a every long time to get to a half way...

    I want my body to be healthier

    and stronger, so I've been improving it with regular exercise. My heart, lungs, and muscles feel stronger and healthier, my mind feels sharper and clearer, and I have more energy and endurance than before. Next goals: to start eating better and get more sleep!

    I'm about to do the DIY soylent meal

    I've been a slim guy

    So far my flexibility has increased.

    I can kick my legs above my head. I just need to make my legs stronger, especially my left leg, it isn't as strong as my right leg and it progresses slower than my right leg. I may have to pay special attention to it. Maybe double the repetitions on that leg so it can progress...
