    Who Are the Heros of the Ugrr

    Most credit is given to northern whites. The truth is free blacks in the north and south, as well as slaves on the plantations who risked their own lives to seek freedom deserve most of the credit.

    When Did It Start In America?

    Know one knows for sure when the underground railroad started for sure. The US Constituition ws ratified in 1789. It is believed that they Quakers were in the business of moving slaves to freedom some years before this.
