We found this goanna at a picnic ground. 
He's about 5 or 6 feet long! (1.8 - 2 metres)

we have tons of wild turkeys. they like to hang out by the hospitals and the mall out here. one wouldnt get off the hood of my car for about 13 hours and he was about 3 and a half feet tall and aggressive so i didnt wanna harrass him...

I saw a cat , 2 dogs, a rabbit and a few birds. I live in the city.

when a femal tiger mats and she has babys the male leaves her so she  hast to take care of them on her on  i dont now way the male does that but thats what they do for liveng and the mother hast to find the food for her babys  on her...

I have tribes of raccoons that have no fear of humans it seems. They're the local gang & are peeping toms as well.
I also have a large old tree in my yard that is housing for the fattest squirrels I've ever seen. They hit my roof...

The dreaded mosquito!

The must be a reason for it's existence but I can't see it.

I live in suburban California. I've seen oppossums, fox squirrels and raccoons in my back yard. The most exotic critter was a dead mole - completely unscathed, but dead none-the-less.  Raccoons used to poke their heads in the cat...

This guy lives in the backyard of a friends home, not far from a creek. He's about 30" (75cm) long, and comes out of the bush late in the afternoon looking for insects, beetles and small frogs.

He's rather proud of himself...

I live in New Zealand so the creatures here are quite extraordinary...i've been to the zoo and saw a tuatara, I've seen wetas and heard maupawks, I haven't seen a kiwi though - but nonetheless, NZ is full of interesting creatures...

Well, he's not really mine, he comes and goes as he pleases.

But I'm concerned he may have been kidnapped, I haven't seen him for a few days.
