    Barnacles, Muskox and Seal

I think the single most exotic thing I have ever tried is a kind of barnacle found on the east coast of Vancouver Island, BC near Tofino/Uclculet. People would go out on these big rocks when the tide is out with a variety of scraping tools (a popular one I saw was made from a...

    Not Just Any Old Sushi...

I'm not sure if you would consider sushi exotic, but you would this kind.  It was on a cruise.  For an appetizer, I had a sushi plate with different types of sushi.  They had the "normal" types of sushi like a California roll and one of those salmon...

This Might Be a Bit Too Much For Some People

...I admit it! I've not only tasted "Rudolph", but I liked it and took some more! Reindeer is delicious! I'm sorry if this shocked somebody who doesn't consider reindeer as food but more as Santa's "horsepower".

    Tough One

I don't do anything other than plain old cow, pig, chicken and fish. And I refuse to try internal organs. But my brother hunts and then invites me over for dinner. Once I have finished the meal and complimented his skills he tells me what I have eaten. Kudu, gemsbok, impala...

    That Photo Is Disgusting.

It looks like whatever it is is vomiting himself out.  Squid was the most exotic thing I have eaten which might be the wrong word.  Sushi I have eaten if you consider that exotic.

    Sea Slug

While in Korea I ate raw sea slug.  They are about a foot long and look like a giant worm.  They are the things that creep around on the ocean floor, sucking up microscopic stuff.  anyway I had drunk a few brews and was walking around Pusan.  The lady had a...
