my new years resolution was to try and eat more exotic foods. I was thinking how everyone else wants to go on a diet and those just are not for me so why not go in the other direction and eat as much of the wonderful food of the world...

i run a little deli/fishmonger/game dealership in scotland and we sell quite a good range of exotics. so far i have tasted springbok, kudu, wildebeest, waterbuffalo, zebra, ostrich,kangaroo, frogs legs, snails, python, crocodile, sand...

I've thought about it and I can't actually decide what the most exotic food I've ever tasted was. I can only list a few that would probably qualify as "exotic" and leave it there as a toss up.
