    I like to take Starkist Tuna packed in water a couple of cans and drain them very well then place it in a bowl and add finely diced celery and onion and Hellman's Mayonnaise, it has to be Hell mans, salt and pepper to taste of course and then spread it on Croissants. I just love...

    Potato Chips

    I put a layer of potato chips on my tuna sandwiches. Gives a nice crunch and salty flavor. I picked this up from a high school friend.

    My Tuna Salad...

    chopped up fresh tomatos, sweet red peppers, grated carrots, chopped up canned pepperocinis, a little sweet relish, fresh AND powdered ginger, apple cider vinegar, sesame seeds, pepper...and since I can't eat gluten I eat it on sliced cucumbers.
