It's simple - just fold the cardboard over and tuck it in until it is secure. Tape it shut. If it is a wooden box you will have to nail it shut. Boxing is so simple. No one needs a class to learn about boxing something.
well thats one reason ... i love all forms of fighting ... i would love to learn to box it has so many positive attributes to it .... hand eye coordination , fitness , and well releasing neg energy .... any form of fighting would be cool...

I've had to punch someone in the face before to defend myself, and it was enough to draw blood the times I've had to. I know how to punch correctly from friends teaching me when I was younger
