    I've been trying to work out lately.

    I've lost 16 lbs over the summer. I usually run, I've gotten up to 3.5 miles without stopping and a max of 12 with interval running. I recently did a 37 mile bike ride. I went for a walk about 1.5 hours long. My knees were in so much pain that now I'm rethinking this exercising...
