    2 Weeks and Loving It

    I've been meditating for around a year but wanted to exercise as well. I joined a Tai Chi class and so far (2 weeks in) we've been doing Qi Gong really, but I already feel much more energised.

    Water Tai Chi

    I've been doing Tai Chi for a few months now, but at my local aquatics center.  The instructor once said to everyone not to focus on her, the water or on the surroundings. I didn't realize it until that point, I totally zone out while in that class. I guess that's the point...

    Moving Meditation

    Straight meditation is difficult for me.  Try as I  might, I simply cannot sit...it's probably the ADD.  Tai Chi works though.  The relaxed, deliberate movements help me to relax like nothing else can do.   Adding my brainwave music to that...

    For a Couple Years

     I did Tai Chi for about 3-4 years while I was in school. It was amazing and each time I would go through the movements...a feeling of peace and serenity would wash over me and I never felt so amazing as when I was doing it...I wish I could go back to doing it. I miss it so...

    well somehow when i was doing tai chi i managed

    to create a spiritual boom. yes i have a sixth sense and very spiritual but i dont understand this one bit. it was almost like brokrn out of its cage i felt really weird so i had to stop. i am studying my inner peace but i am really confused by this its not happened before
