    In the last 2 months I have lost 4 kg.

    I aim to lose another 1 kg by end of year. I have excess fat in my stomach and man boobs . Less weight means more energy after not having to carry around so much weight.

    I was doing really good.

    I went on a paleo diet and I swam every day and played volleyball for fun. I was getting muscle and looking healthy and feeling good, but now I'm off track. Gym is too expensive and eating paleo is a challenge.

    Just want to share that running really does

    help you get better quality sleep. I feel more refreshed waking up earlier now that I am running that when I wasn't running. Weight has not gone down again in the last 7 days. But I am seeing some small but definite body shape changes now.
