    because it seems many don't know or don't get it..... If you want to drop weight you have to eat less and up your activity level through exercise or sports. 3500 calories need to be burned to lose 1 pound of fat. There is no quick fix. Starving yourself or taking diet pills...

    Just finished my workout.

    I did the treadmill and ended with sprinting before finishing. It was intense. I do find it a bit of a blow to finish and see the calorie burn isn't what if like.

    I was doing really good.

    I went on a paleo diet and I swam every day and played volleyball for fun. I was getting muscle and looking healthy and feeling good, but now I'm off track. Gym is too expensive and eating paleo is a challenge.

    Just want to share that running really does

    help you get better quality sleep. I feel more refreshed waking up earlier now that I am running that when I wasn't running. Weight has not gone down again in the last 7 days. But I am seeing some small but definite body shape changes now.
