    A year down the track

    since my last post. I put on a couple of kilos but took them off again and am basically around the same weight a year later. Would love to go down by a couple more kilos during the autumn. I'm walking a lot and have invested a lot of time going and doing walks in new places...

    So I have tried so many ways to lose weight

    without any results. I am considering a lifestyle change. I am worried, I won't be able to stick with it and the fact I would give up all my favorite foods. If I had a support system it might be easier.

    I was doing really good.

    I went on a paleo diet and I swam every day and played volleyball for fun. I was getting muscle and looking healthy and feeling good, but now I'm off track. Gym is too expensive and eating paleo is a challenge.
