    Why is it so hard for me to lose weight?

    I weigh 66kg my goal is to be 53kg! I've joined the gym, tried to eat healthy and do all sorts of things, but the food is so irresistible! I avoid junk food, sweets and soft drinks! Someone help me I really want to be fit and healthy & not be teased or looked at weirdly!

    I Have Lost Weight But...

    Over the past year and a half I have slowly lost about 30lbs give or take 5lbs..I am still working on losing 30lbs more..but these last 30lbs are being stubborn..although I have never been a skinny girl..my goal is to be back at my high school weight only only three kids and 24...

    hovering on 235 I still haven't lost enough

    So here is my before

    and "during" pictures. Like I've posted before I'm working very hard to lose weight and tone my body. Eating right & exercising is key! The 2nd picture was taken about 2 weeks ago so I'm excited to take an even more updated one and see how I've progressed since then.

    I watch my portions, do water aerobics and/or

    swim, and drink lots of water. I've found though that I can't work out too much. Or rather I need a balance of working out and resting. Sucks because I love the pool so much. T^T

    I'm happy today!! I've lost around 40 pounds

    I was so proud of myself today.

    I have lost 35 pounds and today was the first time I actually felt good looking in the mirror. Then the person who I considered my best friend looked at me and said "well you still weigh way too much for someone your height" and there went my happiness :(

    As you all know, the most effective way to lose

    weight is to eat right and exercise often. Don't be lazy and look for alternative crazy diets which, in the long run, result in any weight loss being regained after several days of returning to your normal diet..don't look for shortcuts, the results will be far better...
