    I'm happy today!! I've lost around 40 pounds

    and today I stood up for the first time in quite awhile!! I'm around 700 pounds, and I'm trying to lose. Only 500 more pounds to go.. I still can't really walk, but I got out!!! This body will hopefully not be my prison for much longer. If anyone needs motivation to lose weight...

    I've lost 22 pounds since I started this diet.

    only thing now is I also do some toning. I don't want to do it alone though. in other news I have continued to eat less then 1000 cals. I found out that farmrich turkey meatballs only have 150 cals and the serving size is 5. that's pretty good :)

    I was so proud of myself today.

    I have lost 35 pounds and today was the first time I actually felt good looking in the mirror. Then the person who I considered my best friend looked at me and said "well you still weigh way too much for someone your height" and there went my happiness :(

    I ran my fastest mike today

    Any advice for exercises high in calorie loss?

    I think the coolest part about my weight lose

    experience is having my cousin Courtney by my side for help and guidance. She is an advisor with Advocare and she was able to keep me accountable and supply me with the tools necessary to lose weight and maintain muscle.
