    I've lost 20 lbs in 2 & 1/2 months

    and I feel great! I've never felt as good in the gym as I did today. I'm really enjoying my progress so far :)

    Day- 3 Had to skip today.

    I think it's better to be thin

    or anorexic than to be fat. At least when you are thin you have more confidence than you being fat. Why is it so hard to loose weight? Like it takes you forever since you need to maintain it. And we have that procrastinate diet issue :(

    I didn't realize until today how much I need to

    I was so proud of myself today.
