    I Have Lost Weight But...

    I know you'll think this is silly,

    but oh my god! I can feel my hip bones! I mean, they aren't sticking out or anything like that, but I can't remember the last time I could! It's definitely the little things, isn't it? I'm slowly getting there!

    I just started going to the gym a few months

    I wanna go from 135-115.

    I am obsessed with food though, and I talk myself out of working out more often than not. I am going to make it a priority to stop doing both. It all starts with a deep breath of resolution and continues one meal and one work out at a time.

    Update on my weight loss: I've

    and "during" pictures. Like I've posted before I'm working very hard to lose weight and tone my body. Eating right & exercising is key! The 2nd picture was taken about 2 weeks ago so I'm excited to take an even more updated one and see how I've progressed since then.

    I was so proud of myself today.

    I have lost 35 pounds and today was the first time I actually felt good looking in the mirror. Then the person who I considered my best friend looked at me and said "well you still weigh way too much for someone your height" and there went my happiness :(
