    I was so proud of myself today.

    I have lost 35 pounds and today was the first time I actually felt good looking in the mirror. Then the person who I considered my best friend looked at me and said "well you still weigh way too much for someone your height" and there went my happiness :(

    So here is my before

    and "during" pictures. Like I've posted before I'm working very hard to lose weight and tone my body. Eating right & exercising is key! The 2nd picture was taken about 2 weeks ago so I'm excited to take an even more updated one and see how I've progressed since then.

    I am 18 years old. I'm short (barely 5 ft)

    I really want to lose weight.

    I'm 270 and I think that isn't good. I am not drinking soda anymore and I am going to cut out junk food. And possibly work out four times a week for 20 minutes at a time. I read somewhere that doing that will help you lose weight. So I'm gonna try it.
