    Ugh I've gained weight

    Starting my 30 day squat challenge.

    I'm hoping to continue past 30 days. I did change my lifestyle to lose weight. I stopped soda and sugar drinks. I lost 20 lbs. I was at 150 and dropped down to 122 but I was walking. I got comfortable at 122 and stopped walking so now I'm 130 but will start again.

    I think I've got my appetite some what under

    I have actually lost weight 30lbs the thing is

    I don't feel like I have. I feel very fat still. People tell me I've lost a lot of weight and that it's very noticeable but I think my double chin and my big stomach are proof I haven't really lost much.

    I'd like to lose 15 pounds.

    Everyone around me tells me I don't need to, but it's not just about generic skinniness. I'd love to be in shape and healthy again. I eat smaller portions now and run two miles a day, just gotta stay patient. :)

    Losing weight is very difficult.

    Maintaining it is even harder. I have a very small torso so it's easy for me to get fat. I have a muscular frame so I don't look bad but I want to lose at least 10 pounds. Eat healthy freaking sucks
