    I didn't realize until today how much I need to

    lose weight. I'm not "fat" but I'm a little chubby. And in the photos taken of my siblings and myself, I look like I've gained 10 lbs! So here's to the next month of dieting and working out more. Not to be skinny but to be healthy again.

    Day- 3 Had to skip today.

    Doctor gave me metabolism boosters and it sent me into a sugar shock because I'm borderline hypoglycemic so I am trying to recoup. I still have a huge headache am nauseous and feel weak even after eating. Hate that I couldn't go today :(

    So here is my before

    and "during" pictures. Like I've posted before I'm working very hard to lose weight and tone my body. Eating right & exercising is key! The 2nd picture was taken about 2 weeks ago so I'm excited to take an even more updated one and see how I've progressed since then.
