    I lost 7 pounds in 5 days at a music festival

    I kinda wish there were people around me

    who would bike with me but understand that because of my size I have to stop to catch my breath every few miles. Losing weight alone is a bit sad at times.

    Update on my weight loss: I've

    I was so proud of myself today.

    I have lost 35 pounds and today was the first time I actually felt good looking in the mirror. Then the person who I considered my best friend looked at me and said "well you still weigh way too much for someone your height" and there went my happiness :(

    My goal was to lose 5 lbs in July.

    I didn't make it but I did lose 4.4 lbs!! I'm proud of that even though I slacked off and could have lost more. I'm still happy with myself. I'm going for 5 lbs in August, I pray I make my goal :)

    So here is my before

    and "during" pictures. Like I've posted before I'm working very hard to lose weight and tone my body. Eating right & exercising is key! The 2nd picture was taken about 2 weeks ago so I'm excited to take an even more updated one and see how I've progressed since then.

    5 years ago I weighed almost 150KG

    and had a gastric bypass done. I now weigh 99KG. For an ideal BMI I should get it down to 86KG. In a week I turn 29 years old. I'm making a promise to myself today: I will reach that 86KG goal before I turn 30.
