I just wanted to drop a note saying that you don’t have to starve yourself, exercise 5-7 times a week or even take things that harm your body in order to lose weight. I started this weight loss challenge 5 weeks ago. I lost 15lbs... Which doesn’t seem like much to some but honestly I can NOT keep my pants on my waist! I am not a small girl, my starting weight was 217. I have hypothyroid and I have also tried for YEARS to lose weight. I never had success. So I decided to ask a friend what she was using and she told me about the challenge. Please let me know if you want more information.  I am a REAL person and am here to help you if you would like. Just leave a reply with your email and i would be glad to contact you! :) I hope to hear from you soon, however if I don’t please be careful with whatever you choose to lose weight. Many of the things out there could hurt you or kill you. Tina

All I can say is that in order to lose weight, you must use/burn more calories than you eat or increase the amount of exercise/workout you have. Plus, you have to monitor/track your calorie intake, measure portion, know your nutritional needs and plan healthy meals.

But then i came across Celebrity Slim Bars, Ireland and now i am a slim boy. People wonder how i managed to lose so much weight without getting weak. Isn't it great?

If you are determined to lose weight and self-motivated than the luck always favors you. There are many examples like celebrities who had lost weight naturally with proper diet plan and workouts according to their body composition. So losing weight isn't impossible task for any of us.

So if you are considering losing better go for health care provider he can tell you the preferable diet for your body. Prepare the whole week meal plan with the regular workouts.Â
