I Want to See the Aurora Borealis

although, ill problably freeze my toes off

I live somewhere with too much LIGHT POLLUTION, so I have never been able to see it even if there was a flare. I've heard its very beautiful. Maybe someday I'll travel to somewhere where I can view it.

The lights dance across the night sky.Bright colors whisk byScarlet reds, Electric blues,Emerald greens, and otherhues...To the left, and then unexpectedlyto the right.up and down,then out of sight .The colors suddenly spike and curve...

For just one night I'd love to lean back and take in the marvel that is the cosmic ballet of this phenomenon . i've seen pictures and videos , documentaries and movies , but I know all that can hardly compare to actually seeing it...

Watched a  Nora Roberts movie last night and this very subject came up in the movie.    They were in Alaska, and the guy said he'd seen pictures and such but none compared to seeing with own eyes.  ...

I have seen the aurora Borealis twice in my life and would like to see it again. It was an amazing light show. The first time was over Lake Erie. From the roof of my apartment building it looked like sheer curtains blowing in the wind...

i got to see it ,both in far north of Scotland and up off the north west of Scotland,in Scotland it is called the northern light's. 

I lived in the far north for a few years and loved watching these. It is quite a romantic backdrop. They seemed to be the most prominent in the fall for some reason.

Growing up, I lived in Alaska, so I had the opportunity to see the Northern Lights many times.. One of the most beautiful things on the planet...
