I Want to Start Running

    I used to play soccer - this was a long time

    ago, true. But it was probably 8-10 miles of running, three to five times a week. I need to get more exercise - I'm way past giving a damn what anyone thinks of my physique, I just want to feel stronger, feel more in control. Any words of wisdom?

    There really is nothing like running to make

    you feel refreshed and help clear your mind. Even if you think you can't run for long, start by running half a mile then stop. After a break either call it a day or add another half mile before going home. Then each week add half a mile. Before you know it you'll have a new...

    I signed up for a cancer research 5k run with a

    friend to raise money as she lost her mum to cancer 2 years ago but I have so little stamina! I'm starting the couch to 5k but I'm self conscious about running outside, any tips to overcome it?
