Should is one of the most damaging words in our

language. Every time we use should, we are, in effect, saying "wrong". Should just means we don't want indeed, but we have to. Either we are wrong or we were wrong or we are going to be wrong. Could is better than Should! " if I really want to, I could". It is your own...

    How Does One Do This?

We humans crave acceptance; some more than most regardless of what we say out loud.  Over time we develop strategies that help feed our craving.  For me, when I don't live up to my on standards, that is, when I fail to follow my own strategy, I end up criticizing myself...

    I Stopped

When it comes to the way I'm made or the way I look, I have done it and I believe being alot better with myself.  I accept myself better.  I had a hard time looking in the mirrow and lately, I have been looking at myself.  I'm not that bad!  :P

    Stop Judging Myself

I am very self critical and want to learn how to stop.  I do not judge others at all, but cannot allow myself the same freedom

I feel like everyone has this problem one way

or another. But judging ourselves is something we do on a regular basis. We need to stop being so hard on ourselves. Love who you are and just be you <3 Don't let anyone change that.

People need to replace WHY to HOW.

Why keeps you inside the problem, how makes you accountable and puts you into action. I think "why" is natural, there are too many things we can not understand or accept, but, we'd better change to how, just cause why is useless, no one others cares.

    I look in the mirror

and the only thing going through my head is how stupid or worthless I am. I judge my looks and my own ways. I judge my weight and my face and how I walk or how I sit. it would be nice to not hear the thoughts of judgment for once.
