    7) Know your limits. Yoyu cannot make your person well on your own. Plus they have to want to heal also.

    2) Get other people involved. You can't do it alone. Plus your relative may want to keep it a secret. BUt this isn't healthey and puts pressure on you. So try to get a few friends and family together. AN in house support group to help look after your person.
