    The Path

    In the city that I live in there is a stunning bike path that winds with the river throughout the entire city. It has entances all over the place and there are the most amazing parks and pools scattered all around as well as natural reservation sites ie; ponds, swamps, bogs etc...

    Mile One

    So Sad...

    I guess I will miss my goal on this one folks. I slipped on my step on Saturday and broke a bone on the top of my arch! Oh well, I will keep up on the exercise but I won't be going the miles... till the cast is off anyway.
