    My boyfriend likes fit girls with abs

    and nice firm butts. I'm skinny but problem is I don't have abs or a firm butt so I was wondering how or what I should do to achieve these things anybody help asap.

    I swim 2 kilometers five days a week, lift weights for and hour after each swim this time of year. I always feel better after and find if I don't exercise I am less energetic.
