    The Right Wat To Peel A Banana

    Green bananas have less sugar than yellow bananas. Bananas turn black in the fridge. So much for my babnana knowledge. But what is the right way to peel one? Kive, scissors, fingernails, teeth . So many choices but little success. Opinions

    Feel Better About Yourself

     Many people I know who are depressed or lonely ask me what they can do to feel better. I ususally recomend volunteer work. Nothing makes you feel better than helping someone else.

    Crossing the Age Barrier.

     A group of blind teenage children visited a local nursing home to help elderly suffering from vision loss. They taught the elderly that you can still live with low vision. The elderly taught them the wisdom of their lives.

    A Small Kindness

    Volunteering doesn't have to be a major thing. It can be  a small kindness. As simple as saying hello to a stranger. Helping someone cross a street. Reaching up to a high shelf at the grocery store for a shorter or elderly person. Telling someone how nice they look...
