Ok it's all done with...finally he's gone and you can smell the peace. The kids are coloring and tha kitchen is clean...now it's time to go to bed and all the suden your head stars spining with hurtfull thoughts. You can't sleep and now all the sudden it's 3 am and you can't sleep thinking: "what the hell am I going to do now?" How do you stop your mind from creating all this mess??
