Here are a few tips...

I was internationally adopted and I feel like neither here nor there is my culture or where I belong. I suppose I just have to find my place in the world without anything to go on, because I do not have a predetermined place of belonging.
For me, it has been a blessing and curse. I couldn't ask for 2 parents that love me more but I still feel like an alien with a secret. I still feel the rejection and most recently, from relatives I was raised with. I just want to be accepted.
I love my parents and I couldn't ask for a better family; I wouldn't trade them for anything. Being adopted, I felt rejected, and I have big issues with rejection so I try not to put myself in position where I'll get hurt. I have felt out of place.
