Has This Ever Happened to You?

You're in the restroom and the person from another stall comes out after flushing the toilet and heads straight for the door.  Whats worse is they may look in the mirror adjust their hair or reapply lipstick and THEN walk out of the restroom without washing their hands...

    Hand Washing

I learned how to wash my hands at a young age. During the first grade, I learned the process of washing my hands. I was a little boy, so my parents had to get me a stool to reach the sink. I wet my hands for a minute, then add soap. I scrub my hands viciously and make sure I get...

    Where's the Soap?

I wash my hands.  Of course I wash my hands  Don't you?  I do know some people who don't though, and they're always trying to get people to taste some new dish they've created. You're supposed to wash your hands after using the john, after blowing your nose, after...

    ***squeaky Clean***

I remember being in school and learning about the importance of washing my hands. I was five and I became the clean hands freak at home. I asked everyone and reminded everyone how important it was to wash your hands. I remember one time getting out of the shower and drying off. I...

    Happy Birthday to Me

I read somewhere that when brushing your teeth and washing hands that a person should be able to get their hands thoroughly clean if they can sing one stanza of Happy Birthday before they are finished with the task..  So if you walk into an airport restroom and you see a...

Clean Hands Keep Germs At Bay

It's really one of the best hygiene habits. I find it so disgusting to feel someone's icky, clammy, dirty hands in a formal handshake, my spine just contracts at that sensation and I want to pull away instantly! And it makes me sick to think that someone might want to prepare a...

You Bet I Wash My Hands!

I wash my hands frequently. I believe this is one reason I do not get the flu. When I wash my hands in public restrooms,I don't use those hot air hand dryers because they just suck up the coliform bacteria in the air that was released from the toilet when it was flushed and...

    After Dark...

I become obsessed with washing my hands. I will wash my hands if I touch ANYTHING... including the light switch or a book. I just noticed this a few months ago. Though I do wash my hand a lot during the day not obsessively so.

    All the Time

I wash my hands all the time.  I can't stand to see someone come out of a bathroom knowing they did not wash their hands.  It is just a habit I feel everyone should have.  When I was going to school to be an EMT the instructor would drill into us all the time about...

    Eternally Washing...

I wash my hands almost constantly because I get sick really easily, and because I have young children and try to keep them as healthy as possible.  My husband thinks I am insane for washing so much, but he has an iron immune system so he doesn't know what it's like to be...

I wash my hands. I can't do anything that I can get germs from, without washing my hands afterwards. I am a chronic hand washer, and I wash my hands after everything I do, pretty much. I think it's a great way to avoid getting sick and having a chance to spread germs to everyone...
