It has been one of my favorite channels

since I was a kid. I attribute it to my passion for history and especially ww2. I learned so much from the history channel.

    I like the history channel

but sometimes the channel doesn't show history stuff like presidents or slavery or things that happen in the 1950s.... Today the history channel shows you a bunch of wack **** like old things that was in the 1960s that they are trying to sell or remake. Bunch of wack stuff

Yesss!! But the most surprising thing I found

out was, while I was at school, I mentioned the show "Ancient Aliens" and one of my classmates looked at me and said "You watch that?" I said "yeah" and apparently everyone in my class watches the history channel! We're all nerds...haha :D

    I love watching history

so I watch the History Channel and other stations too to gain incite of what happened in our earlier days. I especially enjoy learning about the Kennedy assassination, WWII, Civil war, and the founding of America.

    It wasn't until Vikings aired

that the History channel became essential for me. One look at Ragnar was basically all it took.

I love the History Channel very much.

I believe they do have many interesting programs for the entire family to watch. A few years, I was watching this station and they were discussing each of the 44 U.S. Presidents pretty much in depth, except for Obama. They showed him being Inaugurated but not much more than...

    Not Much History Anymore

I used to watch it a lot more often when the shows had something to do with history. It seems like they've made a switch to more reality type shows and less things that are about history :(

Yep, I like to learn how we got

where we're at. The who's, whys and how's . It's said that history repeats itself, maybe I'll be prepared next time

I couldn't believe my teacher yesterday,

we had a lesson on WWII and he skipped over the midway slides and said "oh that's not important". I don't know a lot about history but I know Midway WAS IMPORTANT!

    American Pickers is my favorite!

I love seeing Mike and Frank pick through people's stuff, and I love all the history involved in all the "stuff" they collect. I especially love the old signage and advertising.

Pawn Stars. The "old man" is my favorite.

He is always throwing blunt shade at Rick, Cory, and Chumlee. He is spicy and does not give into your bullshit bargains.

Even if they're stretching the meaning of the

word "history" beyond any previously understood interpretations. (Other than the endless repeats, they're definitely historic)

    My Favorite

Most little kids watch the Disney channel or Nick, or other TV stations geared more towards kids. Well, apparently I'm not very normal, or at least my older brother isn't. When I was five, my sister Anna and I were very bored one day. Our sisters were downstairs playing dolls...

I don't watch it (or any TV,

really), but I sometimes listen in while it's on in the other room. Sounds interesting, but I don't like sitting in front of a TV for long. And I'm more of an auditory (?) person.

    Watching History Channel

I watch the history channel. However much of what they call history is to me memories. I think my earliest memory of a historic even was standing out in the front yard with my father and watching Sputnik go over with binoclears and the telescope. When I watch an even like...

    Love The Stuff!

I love History channel I minored in history in college and love anything to do with the past.  I'm not as keen on the new stuff such as ax men, swamp people, and such.  Those are more reality shows to me.  I do like the Pawn Stars though because they always get in to the...

    Alot Of Good Shows

Most of the programs I watch on this channel are either paranormal or biblical documentaries. But that sums up most of the programming right there lol. When it comes to world war 2 stuff and 'ice road trucker' reality-type shows i lose interest though. It's a great channel...
