    An Obsession

In the last 2 months, I have seen "Beerfest" (one of my favorites) about 20 times or more.  And I'd watch it 2 or 3 times a day on certain days.  I can't stop!! LOL

    Serious Business

There are a select few that I've seen over and over again. They are ones I enjoy very much. I don't like watching terrible movies over and over again...silliness.

    Food and Nemo

When I was in college I babysat for a family who had a two year old. When it came time each day to feed the two year old boy we had to turn on the movie Finding Nemo. He would not eat unless Nemo was on in the background.  I think I have watched the movie over 100...

I Notice Something New Each Time.

You can only do this with films that you really love. Sixth sense is one of my favorite films, the first time I saw this I understood what was happening at the stage in the film when he was in the restaurant with his wife but actually the clues are there all the way through the...

It Changes Every Now and Then..

Some years ago I watched American Beauty every single day before I went to bad. I really knew every single word by heart. I still find the movie amazing, but I haven't watched it for a while. Another of those movies I watched over and over was Stay. What can I say.. Amazing...

    Never Get Bored...

No matter how frequently I watch, I never feel bored by my favourite movies.  Ones that make me laugh such as Robin Hood:Men in Tights, Hercules Returns (a little known Aussie film) and Woody Allen's Sleeper are great to watch over and over.  Knowing when the funny...

    Every Night

I have to have the TV on when I go to sleep, and I have to have a DVD playing, and it has to be on repeat so that if I wake up in the middle of the night it's still playing. The movies I'm currently watching every night are Shaun of the Dead and Hot Fuzz. I burned them both onto...

    ... Until I've Got Them Memorized. =)

Disney movies make up the bulk of what I've rewatched a gazillion times, but there are a few others.  The cool part is that since my brother does this too, we're like living scripts and can reenact any part of any of our movies on the spot, playing off each other. ...

Why I Watch My Favorites Over and Over

A famous director (I forget who) once admitted to watching his favorite movies over and over. He said, "It's not like people hear a classic piece of music once and never listen to it again, why should it be any different with movies?" This struck me as exactly the...

    I Always Do!

Once Im hooked on a movie, I'm hooked. "Radio Flyer" I watched literally 7 times in a row. Like after I finished it, I would restart it and watch it again with no breaks. 7 doesn't sound like a lot, but when you watch the same 2 hour movie 7 times in one sitting, it kinda takes...

    Oliver Twist

I love the film of Oliver Twist, I know nearly all the words and I know all the songs. I think it's a sad but magical film. The one I like is the one with Oliver Reed in. The actors are so great in it, my husband bought me the film last christmas and I watch it over and over...

    That's Something I Can't Stand!

I mean the movie hasn't changed since the last time I saw it, so why watch it again? I may watch a movie again after a few months or a year or so, but if I watch the same movies over and over again I might lose what little bit of my mind I have left! it really makes no sense to...

    Movies Over and Over

I've watched "Godfather 1 and 2 over about six milion times and never get tired of it. I think watching certain movies put you in a certain mood or feeling, or possibly give you an insight to what certain characters in movies would do if you're thinking of solving a problem...
