    I'm Scottish and proud of it!

    As a Scot, I sometimes wear a kilt, especially when formal dress (black tie) is called for. I don't have a dinner jacket and appropriate trousers that fit, so wearing the kilt is what I do. I think a kilt is very smart under such circumstances.
