Yesterday morning we queued up at 8am in Oakland, CA USA to see a performance in the second leg of the Vertigo tour. I was #48. At around 6pm, they started letting us in, based on our number. We had floor tickets, but the way it works is that there is an inner floor &ndash...

I queued for hours to get tickets to see U2 in

Croke park, Dublin for The Joshua Tree tour. It was my first U2 concert and the best. We went two nights in a row. Bono in black leathers and a pony tail: ) The Joshua tree is my favourite album. It's classic "Where the Streets have no name" was mesmerising live. My school...

    Too Much Is Not Enough

    Edmonton 97...both shows

and Vancouver...2010. The intent to deliver an amazing show is there with the stage setup and once the band takes the stage, they send it into overdrive. Brilliant music and atmosphere to be behold

...actually, it was a Jay Geils concert

and U2 opened for them. I think it was at the Kabuki(?) or civic center(?) in SF, 1982(?) '81(?). maybe October was their latest release. it was before War, they put on a great show. they were better than Jay Geils, that's for sure. love wasn't the only thing stinking that...
