I have three cereals I will eat at any given time: Aramis - Post Raisin Bran, Athos - Kelloggs Corn Flakes loaded with Sugar in the Raw for a controlled kick and last of all - Porthos - Honey Nut Cheerios.
This is my "Can eat out of the box cereal."
It tastes just like Carmel corn with almonds, has:
Protein & Fiber and with Naturally Sweetened Multigrain Clusters
Honey Almond Flax
It's crunchy alone or in milk. Has healthy vitamins and ingredients besides lots of yummy sugar. Though not too much where it's sickening, just enough. I love those little clusters of oats and not too much raisins, just a few to keep it a little fruity.

until my insulin spikes needed a break - plus, I had a stupid trick where I said if I had any leftover milk, I would add more cereal - then after a bit said needed more milk, then would have leftover milk and added more cereal
You can see where that was going. Well it didn't...
I love granola and corn flakes and nuts! what better combo than bunches of oats! I throw in a handful of y dehytrated strawberris and bananas and have a delicious breakfast.
If you look at the carb vs. sugar intake - it's not a bad cereal compared to others
I like a lot of the cerals that appear to children, mainly because that is what I keep in the house for my son.
I love Apple Jacks, Fruit Loops, and Lucky Charms; however, Frankenberry has had my taste buds ever since I was a young kid myself!
Well the store brand actually! With money being so tight, I have to buy store brands, but they are just as tasty!
Though I am quite fond of Apple Jacks and Sugar Crisp as well.
