    I Drink A Lot Of Water

    I drink 20oz of water when I get up in the morning, 12oz before and after breakfast, 12oz before and after lunch and 32oz before bed, but a couple drops of G2 gatorade to give it some taste and replace what am missing.

    I don't eat fried food everyday I eat fried food maybe once a month I bake are grill my food, I don't eat sweets I eat raisin and a lot of fruit when I want something sweet, once a month I drink diet sodas with half water once a month. I don't add extra salt to my food. If only I...
