    The Bed Potato

    I Am Exercising Every Day...

    Now that I've started college I am exercising whether I want to or not!  I have to walk to get to my classes and at least two different buildings and then I walk from there to my truck which is probably a half mile away!  I'm proud of myself for doing this and having to...

    A Little Is Enough

    I've read that for some people it's a lot better to do little things every day than to overexert yourself every week.  So I guess a few sets of 5 different exercises would be a lot better than a full blown hour workout.

    If I squat using a barbell
