    I Have No More Core Strength...and Also...

    My core strength is an area that I need to build up on again.  Not to get all Jay-z on you guys and brush my shoulders off, but I used to have great core strength, and balance too.  I could hit headstands like it was nothing.  My balance is still pretty on point...

    How can I always notice

    when my *** starts to go down, when I start being lazy n not work out my Frist think I feel is my *** getting low to the floor and I go back to shape it lol ..... Every one thinks I'm crazy

    It amy seem weird, but I have always found when I am sore from working out that the best thing is to do another workout the next day. Different body parts of course, but getting the blood flowing just seems to help
