    Yesterday I did so well for breakfast I had Bana Pancakes with honey, lunch tuna sandwhich on whole wheat bread, and a small side of salsa with chips (lowfat) for dinner brown rice baked chicken, and steamed veggies. didn't eat past six! pat on my back

    Doing Well Proud of Myself!!!
