I've been running/walking for 18 months now, and in a couple of months will 'get round' the distance of a marathon, though I don't expect to do it in a particularly good time lol. That'll be for the year after! :)
What prompted me start was that I reached my 30s so started...
Slowly I will begin with the brisk sojourn
very refreshing and invigorating. The key
to hopefully continue build up muscle and
strength in these legs.
Perhaps not running the pace may be
described as leisurely one day I hope to make this dream tangible.
