    Try And Walk Every Day! :-)

    Every day, my son and i try and walk the dog for at least an hour two hours a day, besides keeping our "weight" under control, i believe, which incidentely is my opinion, it benefits, the heart, lungs mentality and well being of the person doing the exercise!,. It blows away...
