    Day Three

    Didn't post my record for yesterday, forgot. lol So am posting now. Once again exceeded my goal. 10 situps, 10 reverse crunches, 2 reps of 10 side crunches(both sides) and 80 jumping jacks. Goal for today. 20 reverse crunches, 20 side crunches,

    Day Two

    Day two. Yeah exceeded my goal for today! Did 20 reverse crunches, 20 side crunches(both sides.) Tomorrow's goal: 15 of all three. Hopefully I'll hit the 20 mark again though. Wish me luck.

    When My Catheter Is Out

    At the moment I have a catheter in so I can't work out at the moment due to me lacking energy and not being able to walk properly but as soon as it's out and I've recovered from my operation, I am going to start going on my cross trainer again for about half an hour and go bike...

    Day 5&6

    Ok so Flopped out on these two as well. Still recouperrating from the dentist and haven't been up to doing it. Was going to plan on starting back up tomorrow. but I think I'm going to have to hold off and just start all over again. Supposed to endure another dentist appointment...

    Already Doing It!

    I was working out every other day for at least 20 minutes, but since gaining a pound (bah!) today, I'm going to kick it into high gear and start a vigorous workout routine that I will do every day. I plan to do the following each day along with portion control and less junk food...

    Day Four

    Ok totally flopped today. I got busy and didn't get home until late, and knowing I had to get up early this morning I didn't have time to do my excercizes last night. Goal for today: Taking a break. Just got 3 teeth pulled. Ow! No not really. J/K. but am feeling a bit lighthead...
