If it does I would like to die

    I was in history, yesterday,

sitting with my friends Danielle and Marcella at the end of class. Everyone yesterday was just in a bad mood.. I'll post a story about that after I post this one. I had typed it out.. reread this before posting, and realized how off topic I was getting from the main idea, so I...

I've always been considered a pretty morbid

person. When I was in second grade and the teacher had us draw pictures of what we had as an interest I drew a bunch of different torture methods. Aside from that though, I tend to think of what my own death would be like (fast, slow, people remember or forget, etc.). I've made...

I'm afraid of it, but morbidly curious at the

same time. I have a feeling, that when I die, I'm gonna hold onto to life so tight that I'm going to remain as a ghost...If heaven is real, I would go...but how can you know that? And I'm also curious... Does something come for you? Is there a messenger to take your hand and ask...

Many of my fellow experience travelers are

wondering from a younger perspective than I. I have lost many of my family in the past few years. When I talk to peers, we agree that at our age we face death as the new reality as parents and siblings fall by the wayside. I try not to dwell, obsess, but occasionally I wonder...

I wounder what most people think of death,

especially their own death. As I sit here and think of my own. If I go off life expectancy am almost to the tipping point of being closer to my death than my birth. Closer to the end than the distant beginning. But unlike other people I can't go off the basic idea of human...

I used to really love God with all my heart

like the bible says, was baptized in the spirit, but it was all for nothing. Now I wonder about death, whether God will smite me for disobeying him.

Sometimes i wonder if life will be sown thing

later, or be better than before. Downturns in roads I've never heard of before. It may be worst than the past, better than the future, or the same as the present.

I see my mom, age 96,

becoming more and more senile. Her short term memory gone. Soon she will likely not even recognize me. Seeing that really makes me skeptical of an afterlife. What are we without our memories and accumulated knowledge? True, a single celled organism is technically alive but...

    You Didn't Know.

You didn't know I was gone. You didn't have a way of knowing... No one even knew to tell you..... How could they when they only know so much about you. You didn't know I was gone, that you wouldn't get hold of me any time soon. That you'd never see or hear from me again... Not...

    So I have this belief

that life can exist without any physical form. I mean, our 3rd eye can take us to different dimensions that dont exist anywhere else but in our minds. In the dimensions you can have no body at all. So it makes me wonder, when we die is that just the death of our physical body...

I find death a funny concept.

...I don't get it. I know it sounds strange, but death has always boggled my mind. The closer I get, the stranger the concept. I guess I cannot imagine life without me.

I just recently let go of religion,

and I have been intensely curious about death. I hope my body goes to science or someone who needs it in another way. I don't want to rot in a coffin.

Do Not Stand At My Grave And Weep

Do not stand at my grave and weep, I am not there; I do not sleep. I am a thousand winds that blow, I am the diamond glints on snow, I am the sun on ripened grain, I am the gentle autumn rain. When you awaken in the morning’s hush I am the swift...

I'm not nervous about being dead.

I'm more nervous about the process of dying. I've always hoped mine would be quick and painless but I know we can't all have that. Death is inevitable. I don't believe in heaven or hell or any religious things. I'm an agnostic atheist. I'm curious to know what death is like.

    How long will it take?

What will it feel like when I finally leave? Will it be very painful? Am I going to know that I have died? What will be the cause of my death?! I just hope it's cold wherever I end up.

    A Few Depressing Thoughts

My Husband is 21 years older than I am, he will be 56 this year. Most of the time we don't notice the age gap. He is just my Husband and I am, as always just me. He tells me that I make him feel young. He forgets his age as do I, but then he will go to do something and his body...

So if i when I die and

if there is no afterlife and I just turn off then all of this might just as well have never happened in the first place. If one knew that starting out I wonder what we'd do differently? If all the religions were really just mumbo jumbo (which some have to be) then what ?

I am really curious of what happens after.

Like do we reincarnate? Or will it just end from there? I feel like our spirit or soul needs more than just one life experience to express what we truly are or to really learn from our lessons.
