    Just killed it at the gym today!

    Mile run & a solid lift. I'm a happy girl when I get a good workout in. Burns up my stress and helps to make me much stronger. Treating myself to a tummy chicken quesadilla now 😋 💪

    It was a great work out day. I'm excited for tomorrow its my day off so I do abs and tread mill for and hour usually ends up being 6 1/2 miles I love my days off.  then the next day I do nothing, then it starts all over again.  I love it
