    The best thing for a bad mood is a good work

    I work out Monday-Saturday

    for 3 hours. I have a gym at home and I go to my community Rec center, and I love gym at school, I lift weights and climb ropes. I work out with my family, and friends but preferably my mom because she and I do mother daughter work outs.

    I love when you hit that intensity of a workout

    where sweat is pouring down your face! You just keep going hitting limits you never thought you could and once you're done, muscles are tight and taut. It's a great feeling.

    I got back into lifting about a month ago,

    and now my day feels empty without it. The feeling of my arms aching and my heart pumping is a real thrill. I am proud of my body, but I want other people to be proud of it too, and I'm ready to make it that way.

    I work out and I really push myself

    Currently I swim twice a day during the week

    I have a cross trainer,

    Unmotivated
