    I use to be very overweight.

    I made the choice to join a gym and work on my health and my fitness. I now look and feel great and i am so proud of myself for reaching my goal.

    Every day I do some form of exercise,

    to keep myself fit. I go for a run every Sunday with my brother, an hour minimum, around the streets of Canterbury, with the Old Dover Road as the main thoroughfare.

    I do it mainly for weight loss

    but it does also make me feel good after having a good workout session. I do an hour of cardio 3-4 times a week.

    Up until recently I didn't understand the

    My personal goal is to at least break a sweat

    I've been working out

    for about 5 years now and it's the best decision I've ever made for various reasons. The biggest being I have more confidence in myself as a person and more sex appeal for the opposite sex. But being healthier and looking healthier are obviously crucial reasons too

    I went hard on the stationary bike today

    I go to the gym while at university three times
