that has served me well for many years. I also walk at least 4 miles every day. It make me feel better physically and emotionally.

Up until recently I didn't understand the

dedication required to have a fit and muscle defined body. Since starting a 6 day for 9 weeks exercise program I have much respect to those that stay in shape!

I go to the gym to work out every morning

but I've only been going for the last four weeks since I left my last job. According to the gym's website, you're not supposed to show off or try to impress other people at the gym. That's not something they need to worry about with me, which is why I go at 2:30 in the...

It's a shock to find how much strength

and muscle I can lose after only a few months lay off. Early this year, I was using 10 lb dumbbells for skull crushers, and now even 5lbs are testing my limits. My chest exercises were the same. I had to drop to a much lower weight. My arms were shaking, and when I tried to do...

I work out more than most,

but not as much as some. It’s enjoyable for me and puts me in a good mood. Feeling sore from a good workout is worth it. And when I start to feel myself get stronger, or see a person checking me out for a bit longer than what is polite…THAT is what keeps me going with a...

    I've been working out

for about 5 years now and it's the best decision I've ever made for various reasons. The biggest being I have more confidence in myself as a person and more sex appeal for the opposite sex. But being healthier and looking healthier are obviously crucial reasons too

    On A Mission

I have been athletic since I was in grade school. I was on the track team, a cheerleader, gymnastics, rode my bike, and did most anything that kept me moving from yard work, swimming, and dancing. In my early 20's I was a high impact aerobics instructor. During the next 2...
