    I do it mainly for weight loss

    but it does also make me feel good after having a good workout session. I do an hour of cardio 3-4 times a week.

    I have kept up a pattern of working out

    for the last couple of years now. I work out 3 or more times per week including running, weight training, chin ups, set ups and dips.

    Everyday. Every Morning.

    5:09 A.M. I wake up. Change into my workout clothes. Run 4 miles. Finish with an intense workout. Then, I start my day feeling healthy and fit.

    I use to be very overweight.

    I made the choice to join a gym and work on my health and my fitness. I now look and feel great and i am so proud of myself for reaching my goal.

    I do a lot to keep fit I have dance 2 days a

    week I also go to dance comps every 2nd week and do my dance stretches everyday. I also go to the gym 3 days a week with my sister.

    Up until recently I didn't understand the

    dedication required to have a fit and muscle defined body. Since starting a 6 day for 9 weeks exercise program I have much respect to those that stay in shape!

    Just got done with an awesome gym session.

    Did some resistance band stuff, some cable pull stuff and some shoulder presses with free weights.

    I work out loads, maybe a little to much.

    Am a dancer I go to dance class 2 days a week comps on every second weekend. go to the gym 3 days a week and do my stretches every day.

    OMG! I work my body like crazy!

    I've lost 15 lbs in the last month. I have toned legs and a flatter stomach and the one thing I can't change is my Butt. I do everything and stick to it and in the last month there has been no change

    To me it's possibly the best feeling ever

    I've really been getting into lifting.

    However, I find that my usual squats with weights has become less work than before. I've stopped seeing results. I'm so intimidated by the "big boy" side of the gym, but really want to start utilizing the weights over there now. Ugh.

    I know people arent going to like this but.
