    I keep it intense. I work out

    for at least a couple of hours a day, six days a week. It's become the most important part of my life. There is nothing better than pushing yourself to your limit and then beyond.

    I take a run every morning

    and some nights. I also do 20 reps each morning and night of weights, push ups, crunches and that. Xx

    My motivation scale is at zero.

    I accept this ugly body.

    I use to be very overweight.

    I have kept up a pattern of working out

    I work out loads, maybe a little to much.

    Am a dancer I go to dance class 2 days a week comps on every second weekend. go to the gym 3 days a week and do my stretches every day.

    So I'd love to go to my next workout today

    but I woke up so stiff and sore it felt like a chore getting out of bed. I could always see what it entails and go from there I'll be sad to not workout if I can't but I also don't want to hurt myself
