    I do it mainly for weight loss

    but it does also make me feel good after having a good workout session. I do an hour of cardio 3-4 times a week.

    I've just gathered enough motivation

    and momentum to do a lower body weight workout. No matter how bad I feel, with depression, I must do my workouts, or I'll feel worse. Everything is a struggle, but I must do this one thing to keep going.

    Yes, I feel it's a great way to relieve stress

    and it feels so satisfying for me after I'm done working out. It gets my mind off negativity. And it really is a great way to increase my self esteem and it gives me a goal.

    Was able to get a good workout in tonight.

    I've been working out

    for about 5 years now and it's the best decision I've ever made for various reasons. The biggest being I have more confidence in myself as a person and more sex appeal for the opposite sex. But being healthier and looking healthier are obviously crucial reasons too

    Every day I do some form of exercise,

    Today is upper body day
