    Love H.I.I.T. workouts!

    I have achieved so much

    but I am in need to go further. I had plateaued for a while so I was happy after my weigh in to lose another 3 kilos. I have also started training for a mini triathlon which I am so excited about, I have set goals for the next 12 months and look forward to achieving them.

    I work out and I really push myself

    but belive me when I say it's the worst and I mean the worst part of my day I often think of all the other stuff I could be doing but I know if I stop working out I just wouldn't do it again and be back right at square one.

    I don't work out because I hate the way my body

    looks or I want to have an ideal body. I just work out because it feels good, I like to know that I am taking care of myself. Its a great sensation to wake up sore the next day and know that I pushed my limits.
