    Got bored. Tore forearm

    so can't workout. It's been 2 weeks!!!! Lost a lot of mass but look shredded as hell.

    I swim 2 kilometers five days a week,

    lift weights for and hour after each swim this time of year. I always feel better after and find if I don't exercise I am less energetic.

    I used to have kinda stooped shoulders

    but exercising with weights has made my shoulders look waaaay better!! I feel great :)

    I've been working out

    for a while and I made gains, but it was quite slow. So recently I hired a personal trainer and **** me he's a good coach. I used to get mild DOMS occassionally, but after back and biceps day, I haven't been able to straighten my arms for like 4 days.

    I don't work out because I hate the way my body

    looks or I want to have an ideal body. I just work out because it feels good, I like to know that I am taking care of myself. Its a great sensation to wake up sore the next day and know that I pushed my limits.

    I love the feeling after a good work out.

    Today's workout was a little cardio and mainly an arms day! My arms feel tired and relaxed. It's a good feeling. Now to finish off with a hot shower! Work outs can really make you feel so relaxed after you are done. One of my favorite activities of the day!

    Amazed that I can still stand up straight cause
