Me too. I used to work out but since I got pregnant and had the baby, I don't seem to have the time or energy. I was thinking I need a goal also to work toward.

I'm training for bodybuilding competitions in Texas. Let me tell you something to get you motivated to train . . . throw the metal, kick that ***, be an animal, have that look in your eye like your about to explode, turn your training session into a trial of survival . . . kick ***, take names, and forget all the other bullshit and train.

Individuals need to make sure that they consume a minimum of 20% of their daily calorie consumption through food or health shakes containing protein and they can get this in whey, egg white and bovine serum health shakes. An immune system that functions properly and a fit individual can only emerge if the required amount of protein is part of the everyday diet.
