    I've been sticking to working out almost

    everyday now. With the help of school, I have gotten more into shape and feel so amazing working out and breaking a sweat knowing it's for my health and to love my body even more. I hope I will find even more fun ways to exercise!

    I got in a ton of cardio exercise today!

    A ton of walking around in addition to 30 intense minutes on the StairMaster. My mind and body are so stoked right now. Also it feels quite excellent knowing that I did so much today to take good care of my heart and lungs.

    It Was Painful But I Did

    I keep on trying to lose weight I walked up and down the stairs 30 min 2 times today so I must of lost 600 calories I was trying to burn 3500 calories to add up to a pound but maby tommorrow. It hurts when I work out what I did today but its good that im trying. im trying to lose...

    In between surfing this morning
