Working through emotional distruss with your marriage, especially and possible divorce or affair, is similar to a  death and therefore has steps to recovery.  The only thing is, this person or object of your affection is still living and things change daily to affect the road to recovery, including accomplishments and relapses.  Please tell me of times you or someone you know have had and how they recovered and moved on, one way or the other.
