    Leg day had me feeling like.

    .... Did a couple new workouts and wow my legs are sore. I usually don't feel it til the next day and I'm kinda scared for tomorrow cuz I'm sure it will feel 10x as worse lol

    I love my elliptical.

    The first thing I do most mornings is go

    for a morning run. Then walk. The hardest part is getting up out of my bed. I love my bed and I love to sleep haha so it's a battle.

    I have to force myself many times.
