i worry way too much baout others.
i also worry about myself & welbeing.
however, it's usually because of others that i am stressed.
i suffer from anxiety & SAD syndrome (seasonal affective disorder)
it's basically like winter depression, can somebody help?
i worry about all my friends, way to much, because well i care for them. as they do me, some of my friends need a cheering up and im there, some have problems and i help, and if i didnt i would feel bad and it would make me littlerally sick. and since i know them i wonder how...
