Books are a gateway to another world altogether.

But they can be so distracting at times that I cant pull my head out of the pages. 😝

I grew up in the 90s with books instead of

movies, and computers. The words in books come alive when I read. It's difficult to explain, but I find myself giving each character voices and accents in my head and enveloping myself in the story. By the time I finish the book, I am at a loss with what to do with the rest of...

One of the most enjoyable things

for me. Reading a book for me is escaping my reality. With each new book, it's like there's a new fantasy world I'm living in. I have a guilty pleasure for steamy, intense reads and whenever I can indulge in it I always dream up some fantasy while reading. I love that I have a...

    I have always loved books.

Credits to a woman who brought back the habit in me. With her, we curled for hours. Musing through the pages. And kissing in between. We sauntered the great events that took place in the author's brain. And stirred by some new emotions for which we love to discover.

I know his work is getting on in age and is 'classic lit wordy' but the way he uses laguage appeals to me. What I like most is his penchant for plots involving the duality of the human condition. Such as The Strange Case of Dr.Jeckyll and Mr.Hyde, where he explores the virtues...
