Personal Stories, Advice, and Support 377 People

I personally would like to see a national tax

on hotels and motels. The revenue could be used to buy and refurbish dilapidated motels and turned into communes for the homeless. We could supply food and clothing by offering tax incentives to local business. If the business didn't want to participate, we could have a tax...

    It makes me really sad

when I see homeless people on TV or in real life. Human rights mean everyone is supposed to have a shelter so it makes my eyes get tested up to see all those poor people.

    knowing we have people

who have enough money to donate just a little money to homeless shelters or just homeless people but knowing they don't makes me sad. everyone deserves a place to call home.

New York City have a lot of homeless people.

They are everywhere. I don't hate them. They didn't to anything to me it's just they are everywhere. Some can be rude sometimes. I pay no mind to them. I wonder what the world would be like if they wasn't no homeless guys or ladies on the street.

Homelessness In The Richest Country In The World

Sad to see so many people displaced with no homes, people who are educated and with families also fit this bill, not just the poor lost souls with mental illness. A country with so much wealth cannot provide for their own.  Our taxes are being used to invade other countries...

In fact none. People do need a home,

or at-least a house to stay comfortably and protected.
