I Write In a Journal Daily

    Journalling For Mental Health

Writing in my journal has helped me to get through some very bad times, including coming to grips with the death of my son. I can share thoughts and feelings in my journal that I would never say to another person and can get them out that way. It's interesting to go back and read...

I have had a journal ever

since I was thirteen years old and in middle school. When the days were awful, that journal was there to soak up all of my tears. As I get older, I find that my journal entries are much longer and filled with silly things such as what I ate for breakfast. To be completely...

    At Least I Try To

I usually write about things that have been on my mind. Sometimes I write when I have no one to talk to because my friends aren't around. I write about things I want to remember, sometimes about dreams I have. I can freely express myself in my journal, I don't have to act like...

The days when I don't feel needed, or even when something awesome happens. It's easy just to write in a journal knowing nothing your writing haas to be seen. Sometimes things you have such a hard time talking about will flow so easily on pen and paper. It can help me stay on the...

    Practice What I Know...

I choose to end my self created misery today. I owe my wisdom to those miseries but i'm going to leave them all behind. I had noticed i had started to treasure my knowledge so much that "my knowledge" had become my identity. I had sort of started living for my knowledge. I'm...

    Benefits of Keeping a Journal

I have a Journal a home that I write in also it helps me to write in one. I think when you keep everything bottled up inside you it's not good for you and if you don't really have anyone you can talk to about things you might want to keep a Journal.
