    Your Result: The Northeast

Judging by how you talk you are probably from north Jersey, New York City, Connecticut or Rhode Island. Chances are, if you are from New York City (and not those other places) people would probably be able to tell if they actually heard you speak.   Considering I don't...

    Hmmmm??? I Guess That's Correct...

What American accent do you have? Your Result: The Midland   "You have a Midland accent" is just another way of saying "you don't have an accent." You probably are from the Midland (Pennsylvania, southern Ohio, southern Indiana, southern Illinois, and Missouri) but then for all...

    The Accent That Really Isn'T

I'm from the Midwest. Our voices are flat and middle-of-the-highway flat, like the plains and prairies. If you can't picture that, tune in almost any sitcom or drama series from the 6O's or 7O's. The accent is in almost any of these; for some unknown reason, the producers think...

    Midwest

I'm from the very middle of Minnesota so I have a neutral, and easy to understand accent. In fact I have the easiest accent for foreigners to understand. Most states like MN, WI, MI, IO, and some other states in the Midwest, have similar accents. I wish I had a southern accent...

I Never Knew I Had One

I was born in Baltimore and I never really realized that I had an accent until my old friend's boyfriend asked me what I did in art class. I told him that I draw. Apparently I pronounce draw as drawl. He knew right away that I was from Baltimore.

    Close Enough

Your Result: The West Your accent is the lowest common denominator of American speech. Unless you're a SoCal surfer, no one thinks you have an accent. And really, you may not even be from the West at all, you could easily be from Florida or one of those big Southern cities like...

    My Results Make Sense! Lol
