I guess I need to read the book below to find out. In some of the questions in the survey I use both terms and I could only choose one. The results were the same except different percentages between Yankee and Dixie and in one case I even had a little Upper Midwestern.
I have no idea where the survey is but I speak 100% Dixie I'm sure. That is when I am not in a professional setting and required to speak Standard English with just a minimum of vowel distortions and prolongations.

Looking at my heritage, it's expected that I would speak a bit southern, 5% sounds about right.
