A Starving Dog is Not Art Petition Wall
In 2007, Guillermo Vargas tied a stray, starving dog to a rope and called it an art exhibit. The emaciated, weak dog soon died-- widely suspected of being starved to death in the name of art. Now, Vargas has been invited to recreate his exhibit at the Arts Biennial of Central America. Animal abuse in the name of art cannot be tolerated. Sign the petition to help send a strong message to the committee that a starving, helpless, homeless dog is NOT art! [ more]
