Every few seconds a life will be lost to suicide; a suicide that could have been prevented if someone had reached out. People are to scared to talk about suicide and it's doing more harm than good by keeping silent. Please, we need to let others know the silence NEEDS to end.
How more lives have to be lost before someone says something.
